Storage & cloud integration · Wasabi
Myota is a Wasabi OEM partner. Cortex sits between your applications and Wasabi’s NVMe-backed object storage, applying Shard and Spread™ so the same data gets single-digit-millisecond reads and multi-region, multi-AZ resilience.
How the integration works
Cortex presents an S3 endpoint over Wasabi’s NVMe-backed tier. On write it encrypts, shards, and spreads across Wasabi buckets, regions, and availability zones; on read it reconstructs from a quorum. A hybrid namespace can span on-prem and Wasabi at once.
What it delivers
Single-digit-millisecond reads, spread across regions and AZs, unlike single-AZ express tiers.
→Training corpora, model weights, embeddings, and RAG data protected in place. Restore is a remount, not a rebuild.
→High-count sequential reads run 78 to 80 percent more throughput through Myota, because each read fans out across the backend.
→An attacker cannot corrupt what they cannot reassemble: ransom immunity and integrity for AI pipelines.
→The tier underneath
Wasabi’s NVMe-backed object storage delivers single-digit-millisecond reads with no fees for API operations, access, or egress, so Myota adds protection without adding a redundant-copy tax.
