Storage & cloud integration · StorONE
StorONE, secured by Myota is a joint on-premises S3 appliance: StorONE provides the storage engine, Myota provides the cyberstorage layer, sold as one stack. More secure than the cloud, and dramatically less expensive.
How the integration works
Applications hit a single S3 endpoint. StorONE receives writes at flash speed and auto-tiers at the block level; Myota then encrypts, shards, and distributes the shards across independent repositories at both sites, and optionally out to cloud S3, under one namespace. Both sites serve reads and writes, and a full site loss reconstructs from surviving quorum with zero data loss. No backup window, no replication lag.
What it delivers
StorONE block-level auto-tiering runs drives at 85% utilization across NVMe, SSD, and HDD.
→StorONE’s 100,000+ immutable snapshots per volume plus Myota’s shard-level immutability.
→Shards span on-prem StorONE and cloud S3 under one namespace. A full cloud or full on-prem compromise still exposes nothing reconstructable.
→Zero RPO, near-zero RTO, and self-healing shard rebuild, on any server hardware.
→The only Veeam Ready Cyberstorage
The joint appliance is a Veeam Ready Object target and cuts storage infrastructure costs by 50% against a replicated design.
