Storage & cloud integration · Pure Storage
Pure FlashArray CloudSnap offloads portable snapshots directly to Myota over standard S3, with no backup software and no cloud gateway. The snapshots land encrypted and Shard and Spread™, so your offload target is ransom-immune, gives you last-write RPO, and rehydrates back to any FlashArray.
How the integration works
In Purity, add Myota as an S3-compatible offload target: the Myota endpoint, an access key and secret, and a dedicated bucket. FlashArray sends a baseline snapshot and only the deltas after that, as self-describing portable snapshots. It is native to Purity, so there is no gateway and no extra software, and any portable snapshot rehydrates onto any FlashArray.

One offload job, a 3-2-1 result
Many teams offload Pure to object storage as their backup. A traditional 3-2-1 keeps three to four full copies and the jobs to run them. With Myota, a single CloudSnap offload lands as one sharded set spread across independent locations, delivering 3-2-1-grade fault tolerance from one job while storing far less data, cutting storage infrastructure costs by 50%.
What Myota adds
The offload target itself can’t be ransomed. Every snapshot encrypted and Shard and Spread™ the moment it lands.
→Myota holds every offload as its own recovery point. Recover to the last write it acknowledged, with instant rewind.
→Portable snapshots restore onto any FlashArray, on-prem or in the cloud.
