User and access keys

An application connects to Myota Cyberstorage for Objects with a user and an access key. This page creates both.

Create a user

In the console, open Users and create a user.

Assign a policy

Assign the user the S3AdministratorPolicy, which grants full access to buckets and objects. For narrower access, see IAM policy.

Create a credential

Open Access Credentials, select Create, and choose the user. Save the access key ID and the secret access key somewhere safe; the secret is shown only once.
