Myota provides: (i) secure data storage; and (ii) monitoring and control of the stored data (the “Services”). The Services consist of two components: Myota Client and Myota Console. Myota Client is an application installed on an employee’s device(s) that enables a business to store data created by the employee with full encryption and distributed among multiple storage environments. Myota Console is a web-based service that allows the business organization to control and monitor backend storages from its employees. The Services are for a commercial enterprise only and not for individual use.
When this policy mentions “we” or “us,” it refers to Myota. When this policy mentions “you” or “your” it refers to the Organization or any visitor to the website or user of the Services. You alone control and are responsible for how you use and share your information and other content you submit through the Services, as provided in the Master Services Agreement and Licensing Agreement.
The Information We Collect
